Heartsongs Productions was created in 1991 originally as a studio where I could give voice lessons and teach trombone. However, in the fall of that year, The Heartsongs Carolers were born and we enjoyed success performing at such venues as The Columbia Gorge Hotel, The Mt. Hood Railroad and Timberline Lodge, to name a few. As a musician, I received my initial training at Mt. Hood Community College, where I received an Associate Degree in Performing Arts, and then transferred to Warner Pacific College where I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education. After completing my undergraduate work, I spent a year in Los Angeles attending Musicians Institute in Hollywood, where I received specialized training as a vocalist. My theatrical resume follows: Portland Opera - Aida, Showboat, Manon, Rigoletto, Carousel, Samson & Delilah, La Favorita.
